Mikhail Durnenkov (Playwright) is a member of the New Drama movement of contemporary Russian playwrights. His work has been translated into multiple languages and staged in countries throughout the world, including England, Scotland, the United States, Estonia, Poland, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Turkey, Ukraine, Belorussia and Kazakhstan.  He is a frequent participant in playwriting seminars and workshops in Russia and abroad.  He leads documentary theater seminars and teaches courses at Moscow Art Theatre School and the Konstantin Raikin School of Performing Art.  Since 2004, Mikhail has taught at the education program Class-Act.  From 2012 to 2019, he was a Member of the Lubimovka Young Playwrights Festival.
José Carrasquillo (Director) is a theatre director and educator. Recent credits include The Brothers Size, nominated for six Helen Hayes, at 1st Stage in Virginia, and Rhinoceros at Tantrum Theatre in Athens, Ohio. In the DC region, favorite productions include Nat Turner in Jerusalem at Forum Theatre, The Body of an American, Sotto Voce, and After the Fall at Theater J, El Paso Blue at GALA Hispanic Theatre, and Happy Days at Avant Bard. He is slated to direct Lynn Nottage’s Mlima’s Tale for 1st stage in 2021. Jose is a faculty member with The Theatre Lab and is Director of Artistic Programming at Ford’s Theatre.
Kimberly Gilbert (She) Proud DC actor for 20 years. Recent credits include: Lostbooks in suicide.chat.room (Taffety Punk), Roberta Bloom in Sheltered (Theater J), Suze in Fairview (Woolly Mammoth), Marianne/Toril in Oslo (Round House), Lina in The Last Wide Open (Cincinnati Playhouse), Louise in The Panties, The Partner, and The Profit (Shakespeare Theatre Company), Billie Dawn in Born Yesterday (Ford’s Theatre). She is a company member of Woolly Mammoth and Taffety Punk, and is an MFA graduate of The Academy For Classical Acting.
Eric Hissom (He) appeared at Arena Stage in Vanya, Sonia, Masha, Spike, and JQA. Broadway credits include: the national tour of The 39 Steps. Other DC area credits include: productions at Round House, Ford’s, Woolly Mammoth, Theatre J, Folger Theatre (Helen Hayes for Arcadia), Olney Theater, and Signature Theatre. Regional credits include: productions at Milwaukee Rep, Arden Theatre, Asolo Rep, Seattle Rep, LaJolla Playhouse, Cleveland Playhouse, Geva Theatre, and many others. Film/TV credits include: Out of Time, Mortal Kombat, and One Tree Hill. He is also a director and playwright, and has an MFA from FSU’s Asolo Conservatory.
